
IDST 17 satisfies requirements for the following AA degrees:
- Health Education;
- Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Studies Major.
and the following AA-T degrees:
- Social Justice Studies
- General – Feminist, Queer, and Trans Studies
- Public Health Sciences
- Sociology.
It is a core course for the Sexual Health Educator Certificate of Achievement.
To respond to COVID-19, all Spring 2021 Interdisciplinary Studies classes will be offered online with no face-to-face meetings.
Classes may also have optional Zoom meetings during the designated class times for live discussion – check with the instructor for more information. These Zoom meetings will be recorded and available for those who cannot attend.
If you want to sign up for a class that has a time conflict in the Schedule with another you want to take, you can contact the professor or department chair to override the conflict.
